Start by warming 3–4 pumps of Nurturing Oil in your hands and gently massaging it into your baby’s clean skin to create a smooth, hydrated surface. Then, using light pressure, glide the Gua Sha Stone in slow, upward strokes over the skin—focusing on the face, limbs, or areas prone to swelling or tension. Always follow your baby’s cues and keep the experience calm and relaxed.
