The Healing Set includes two of our most soothing, clinically aligned products: Soothing Serum and Diaper Balm. Together, they work to calm irritated skin, support the microbiome, and provide fast-acting relief and protection for sensitive areas—including diaper rash, eczema, hives, and dry patches.

Yes. Both products in the Healing Set are PED/RN-developed, NICU-approved, and third-party tested for allergy and safety. They’re formulated with traceable, non-toxic ingredients that are exceptionally gentle on the most fragile skin—including that of preemies and medically vulnerable newborns.

After gently cleansing your baby’s skin, apply Soothing Serum to dry, irritated, or eczema-prone areas. Let it absorb, then follow with a layer of Diaper Balm to protect, seal in moisture, and promote healing. Use the Serum across the face and body, and Balm in high-friction areas—like the diaper zone or folds of the neck and thighs.

Absolutely. The Healing Set can be used as preventative care to keep your baby’s skin calm, resilient, and microbiome-balanced. The Soothing Serum helps maintain healthy skin flora, while the Diaper Balm offers a breathable barrier that protects against irritation—especially in sensitive areas like the bum and skin folds.

Preemies and sensitive babies often have underdeveloped skin barriers, making them more vulnerable to inflammation and environmental stressors. The Healing Set was created specifically for these needs—supporting skin with probiotic-rich serum and a balm fortified with zinc oxide, shea butter, and ceramides to strengthen and protect. This dual approach nurtures the skin while minimizing disruption to the microbiome.

We exclude Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS), Sodium Laureth Sulfate (SLES), and Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) as they are harsh surfactants that can strip the skin of its natural oils and disrupt the microbiome. We use mild, plant-based alternatives that cleanse while supporting the skin's natural balance and microbiome health.

While we love essential oils and celebrate their skin benefits, we avoid them in our baby products because they can be too strong for delicate skin. We focus on ingredients that are safe, gentle, and neuro-developmentally supportive for newborns.

We do not include genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in our products because they can have unforeseen environmental and health impacts, including potential effects on the skin’s microbiome. Our commitment to natural, wholesome ingredients ensures our products are as pure as nature intended.

We exclude soy, palm oil, wheat, and gluten to avoid potential allergens that could irritate the skin and disrupt the microbiome. Additionally, avoiding palm oil aligns with our commitment to reducing environmental impact and protecting biodiversity.

We steer clear of phenoxyethanol, a synthetic preservative that can cause skin irritation and affect the microbiome's balance. Our preference is for safer, naturally derived alternatives that preserve our products while being gentle on the skin's natural flora.

Bisphenol A (BPA) is excluded from our packaging because it’s a known endocrine disruptor that can interfere with hormone levels and potentially impact the skin's microbiome. We prioritize the safety and health of your family by using BPA-free materials.

We choose not to use mineral oil or petroleum as they are by-products of crude oil refining and create a barrier that can trap bacteria, disrupting the skin's natural microbiome. Instead, we use plant-based oils that nourish and protect the skin while promoting a balanced microbiome.

We avoid synthetic dyes and fragrances because they can irritate sensitive skin and disrupt the natural balance of the skin’s microbiome. Our formulas use natural ingredients that support a healthy microbiome, ensuring gentle and effective care for your baby’s delicate skin.
